Today i went to the bank and used my card in the ATM machine too put a cheque into my bank account. ATM machines work on a series of commands decided by the user, the use of ICT has increased the ability of ATM machines e.g. you can top your phone up through it, print balance statements etc....
The ATM is a very good time saving piece of technology, they save you from having to go into the bank everytime you need anything done. The increasing amount of tasks the ATM's can carry out is making them very useful and time saving which is perfect for the modern world today (constantly rushing). I think more machines like these should be developed through all sorts of different areas in society because they are so useful, work 24/7, and make small tasks very easy and quick.
